Order Processing Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days of payment confirmation. Processing times may be longer during peak seasons or holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days after processing
- Expedited Shipping: 3–5 business days after processing
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary based on your location and carrier conditions.
Shipping Fees Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total, weight, and destination.
Free Shipping Orders over $35 ship free within the United States. Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout — no code needed.
Order Tracking Tracking information is emailed to you once your order ships. If you have not received tracking within 7 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@brana-shops.com.
Shipping Delays While we do our best to meet estimated delivery windows, delays can occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high volume periods. Brana Shops is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once the order has shipped.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses Please verify your shipping address before completing checkout. Brana Shops is not responsible for orders shipped to addresses entered incorrectly at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. Email us at support@brana-shops.com with your order number and we will work with you to resolve it.
